How to replace it:
- remove the cone from the air-powered interior cleaning gun.
- pull on the bearing and nozzle to take out the whole spin mechanism.
- clean the inside of the gun with a mild cleaner and cotton swabs.
- install the new spin mechanism and reassemble the tool
